What you need to have a Great Day...

Do you know what you need to have a Great Day?

Have you ever even considered the question?

For example, maybe you start the day with good thoughts or gratitude prayer. Perhaps you prefer to read something profound on mobile or listen to an inspiring channel.

Great days rarely happen just by accident. They usually require a little preliminary work if you want to make them worth remembering. Just as the path to a great body is pretty simple (though not easy), do exercise, yoga, meditation, eat satvik food, the same way having a great day can be pretty simple, too.

Before getting out from the bed, talk to your own soul and say, I love myself. each person I meet is a soul. the love from my soul meets and greets the love of the other person's soul. simple, isn't it?
make it a bit more profound by raising your vibrations with AUM sound three times..
and few more....

If your life seems too rushed, complicated, and unfulfilling, a simple routine might be all you need to get yourself on the path to having a better day.

Follow these steps and have a great day:

1. Stretch a little before getting out of bed. Dogs and cats stretch before taking a single step. Try doing the same. Your body is likely cold and stiff first thing in the morning. Take two minutes to get your body started.

2. Drink a large glass of water. Even though you didn't do anything last night besides sleep, your body is constantly losing water through your skin and breath. Water is also used in many processes, such as digestion. So you're dehydrated when your first wake up. You'll feel better and more alert after a tall, cool, morning beverage.

3. Read or listen to something inspiring. Motivation and inspiration are important components of any great day. Whatever it is that works for you, take a few minutes and get yourself motivated for the day.
4. Choose one big task to complete today. It's common to have a list of items to accomplish each day. The challenge with a long list is that some items invariably won't be completed, which often results in frustration.
  • Choose one super important task to complete, and then check it off your to-do list! You'll feel a great sense of accomplishment.
5. Remind yourself of the things that fill you with gratitude. Your family, home, and good health could all be reasons to be thankful. Most of us spend too much time annoyed by the things we don't have, rather than what we do have. The vast majority of the world's population likely has less than you. Cheer up!

6. Assess your attitude and make adjustments. Are you worried about the future? Focus on the present moment instead. Are you angry at your co-worker? Forgive them or come up with a solution to resolve the issue.
  • Forgiveness has been shown to be good for your blood pressure and consequently, your heart health.
7. Spend time with someone you love. It could be a spouse, partner, family member, or friend. There's a reason you love them, so spend some quality time together. Quality time probably doesn't mean watching the news together. Find an activity that requires interaction.

Take responsibility for creating a great day for yourself. Think about additional things you can do each day to make it better. Perhaps taking a walk during your lunch break or keeping a journal will make your life more enjoyable.

Ask yourself what it would take to make your life better. With a few simple steps, you can greatly increase the odds of having an awesome day. Maybe your best day ever will be today.

Are you a victim and not Happy?

Better or bitter life?

Victors or victims?

Four most important points to be aware when you are victim and not happy…

Are you among those who feel they are victims and success and happiness is elusive or illusion to you?

  • Are you responsible for your own choices, thoughts and actions? Or are you dependent on others?
  • Are you been able to touch your inner authenticity and be the same or are you twisting the authenticity to be at their clutch?
  • Are you been able to accept you and others the way they are? Or are you always finding the difference that divides you and spoils your mind with negativity?
  • Are you been able to drop the judgemental filters, critical filters and percetion lenses which is keeping you away from success and happiness?

Navratri - Day 8

Day 8 of Navratri

On the 8th Day Ma is manifested as Mahagauri - The Greatest Fair One.

According to legend, after Parvati completed her penance in order to be married to Shiva, her body turned black. Shiva cleansed her entire body with the waters of the River Gangs which made her complexion fair, bright and glowing and so she has been given this name.

Mahagauri Ma is prayed to for her purity and innocence and wish fulfillment generosity.

On this day of Navratri as part of the celebration, 9 young girls are fed and gifted.
At a spiritual level, the ritual of feeding the 9 girls is a means to overcoming and dissolving the 9 blocks that stand between you and your childlike innocence - Guilt, Anger, Greed, Lust, Miserliness, Insecurity, Fear, Jealousy, Hatred.

Annadaan  (gifting of food) is the best way to clear away karmic burdens of lifetimes that nurture the 9 blocks.

Thus, when you feed the 9 girls, whether you did fast through the 9 days or not, do so with gratitude to the little girls who have given you an opportunity to erase the blocks and connect you with your pure inner child...

Mantra: Om Mahagauriyaye Namah

Meaning: I surrender my doubting mind, judging intellect and Discriminating Ego to dissolve into my childlike innocence to Romance life as it happens.

Colour of the Day: Pink.

Navratri - Day 7

Day 7 of Navratri

On this day Ma appears in the form of Ma Kaalratri. This form of Ma is extremely powerful and intolerant of evil.

Ma appeared in this form to destroy the demon Raktabeej. Raktabeej created havoc for all.

It was almost next to impossible to destroy him as every drop of blood of his that would fall to the ground would manifest into his embodiment.

Only the furious form of Ma could destroy him.

At a spiritual level this form of Ma empowers us to destroy all the negative within us and around us.

Tolerating and accepting any form of violence or abuse - physical, mental, emotional - is the greatest injustice you do to yourself.

By coming into awareness of this form of Ma you destroy that weak and emotional self rooted in attachments that breed fear and insecurity and disrespect. And this brings about a new happy beginning.

Ma in this form also empowers you to stand up against all evil happening around you.

Mantra: Om Kaalratriyayi Namah

Meaning: I surrender my doubting mind, judging intellect and Discriminating Ego to dissolve into releasing my weak self that attracts violence and abuse in any form as well as stand up courageously against all evil around me in order to merge into my pure self.

Colour of the Day: White. Be pure

Navratri - Day 6

Day 6 of Navratri

Ma is celebrated on the 6th day of Navratri as Katyayani.

There was a great sage named Katya who is said to have done strict penance in order to have Devi come to him as a daughter. Pleased with his penance Ma arrived as his daughter. She has been named Katyayani meaning Daughter of Katya.

It is believed that Ma Katyayani blesses the unmarried girls with marriage, by removing all obstacles.

On a spiritual level, meditating upon the energies of Katyayani Ma brings you into balance and completion. You experience being whole and complete. And within this space of being, you attract a wholesome relationship of togetherness.

Mantra: Om Katyayaniaye Namah

Meaning: I surrender my doubting mind, judging intellect and Discriminating Ego to dissolve into recognising and being whole and complete and balanced.

Navratri - Day 5

Day 5 of Navratri
Ma appears in the 5th form as Skandamata - The Mother of Skanda (Kartekaya).

As Skandamata She represents Divine Knowledge.

Divine Knowledge is neither what we fill into our minds to confuse us, nor is it what we fill in our intellect to teach us judgement and definitely not what we fill into our ego to teach us discrimination.

Divine Knowledge is that which empties us, breaks our limiting belief systems, leads us into faith and Self Awareness. It is what makes us Hollow and Empty to makes us experience Oneness. It blossoms acceptance that blooms into Unconditional Love...

Accepting and Being in Awareness of the Knowledge of Divinity is what Skandamata represents. This Knowledge breaks all bondages.

Mantra:
Om Skandamatayayi Namah

Meaning : I surrender my doubting mind, judging intellect and Discriminating Ego to dissolve into Divine Knowledge that makes me hollow and empty to come into awareness of Who Am I.

Colour of the Day : Grey.
