Exercise To Become Worryfree

Do you ever find yourself worrying about what might happen? Do you imagine the worst and replay it over and over in your mind?

If so, rest assured you are human, and it is natural to do that sometimes! However, the worry habit can get in the way of enjoying life and accomplishing what is most important to you.

Let's explore some good questions to ask yourself to move through worry, so you can be at your best and enjoy your life in the present moment.

Let's begin by asking, what's behind your worry?
Where are you coming from when you're doing that?

For our purposes, we can describe worry as a mental behavior that is a reaction to anxiety and fear. Fear
is a reaction to your perception that something is threatening, dangerous, or painful. Anxiety is an uneasiness about what might happen. Are you sure you are not having any worries or anxieties? Can you handle them without much discomfort and dysfunction in your daily routine?

I know a client who when gets into woories and anxious state, she gets loose motions and gets more worried and anxious though she shows a very brave approach...also her behaviour shows lots of emotional outburst and anger..

So, worry is a response to anxiety and fear. It's a mental action that makes you feel like you are more prepared for what might happen. Yet worry isn't all that good a preparation for anything--is it? It tends to put you in a mental-emotional place of stress.
Because of that, it keeps you from being relaxed, happy, present, and effective at what you are doing.

So, instead of worrying, what's a better strategy for dealing with anxiety and fear?

To understand what could work better, let's look at the positive function of anxiety and fear. These
feelings arise to alert us that we may need to take action. They tell us that we might need to do something in anticipation of some challenge that is
facing us. This "alert to action" function can be important.

For example, anxiety and fear about an upcoming test can motivate you to study. Anxiety and fear when walking through a dark alley can keep you alert to protect yourself. Anxiety and fear about an upcoming work deadline can get you going on the work, spur you to gather resources and partners, and prepare you to do
a great job. So, when fear and anxiety alert you to action you need to take right now, they can be very helpful.

However, when, instead of getting busy, you worry, that stalls the positive action process. Worry puts you ahead of yourself, out in the future, in a negative way. It tends to limit the positive actions you take
now. It makes you do things like repeated checking to make sure things are O.K., which cycles into more stress and less efficiency.

You tend to imagine all sorts of "bad things" that haven't actually happened yet and get locked into
obsessing about them instead of doing what you need to do to really take care of a situation.

So, what's a more productive strategy to use when you start to feel anxious or afraid?

First, pause what you are doing and take a few slow deep breaths. Feel the sensation of breathing inside your body. Each time you exhale, give a deep sigh and let go. See if you can relax a bit deeper with each out-breath. Once, you've taken the edge off your anxiousness, you're ready for two important questions:

1. "Is there anything I need to be doing right now to prepare me for what I am afraid/anxious/worried about?  Is there anything I can and need to do about that?"

If the answer is "yes" you can then ask yourself,

2a. "What is the best, most precise, and effective action I can take?"

Then, get busy doing that from a relaxed, proactive state of being.

2b. If the answer is "no," you can enjoy your return to the present moment and get on with what is actually important for you to do right now. You can ask yourself "What is truly important for me to do right
now? What is my top priority?"

If this sounds too simple, I encourage you to give it a try. This little process is something that you can get
better and better at with practice. You are doing very goo if you made it simple. But I am sure for many of you this may not be so easy and simple...what are you till waiting for? It is a matter of one or two sessions to get rid of it and bring success and abundance with peace and grace.

Samyama is the process of manifesting with intention. Concentrate on a particular thought with such intensity, that it / your wish/ situation, appears in your dreams too!!
And the mantra is "Om Namo Narayana Namaha "

Keep chanting this mantra with intensity...

I really don't know how successful is this but felt like sharing it as read on WhatsApp. ..and found it interesting

Confusion To Clarity

Clear mind facilitates positive energy and rules out confusion.. A clear mind finds solutions and finds progressive ways ahead.

What do you do when you get confused?

Talking To The Self Is An Art

Talking to the self

When you talk to yourself in your mind, which self do you address? And how? There are two self in you one is divine self and the other is egoic self. Usually people do not talk to their divinity, but to the most superficial aspects of their everyday conditioned personality or egoic self. And often it’s a stream of fears, complaints and a mindless repetition of old things.

Learning to talk properly to the self is a spiritual endeavour. Thoughts from the past and worries about the future do not create good conversation. Instead learn to talk to your mind as if whqt else is possible?  What kind of thoughts would keep you happy poaitive and productive?  Talk to it with love, kindness and compassion.
Love your mind. Stay happy.

We all by now know that slogging won’t give us what we want but using our talents, knowledge and gifts smartly will give us an edge over others and will bring success, victory, rewards, abundance and prosperity. Working on one goal at a time will help us focus our time and energy on it so that we can give our best. We need not waste our time on what is not working for us be it relationship, career, places, people or situations. 

💜 2nd Message is… Sometimes we feel the urge to leave the career or the job we have been doing since ages or we just leave the place we have been living for a long time. We need to believe that universe will give us the right direction so that we can be at the right place at the right time doing the right things. We need to rely on our intuition knowing that we are headed towards amazing life. New better opportunities are coming our way and we are growing from where we are to a life much much better. 

💙 3rd Message is… We have to ground ourselves and recharge ourselves. Release all the fears and insecurities we have. These emotions are imaginary created by us. When we replace those fears and insecurities by confidence in our self, faith and belief that we will never be alone and what we need will always be provided to us. We have to put down our defense and just live life in the present, NOW and not keep thinking about how are tomorrow will be. 

💛 4th Message is… We need to establish a routine where it helps us to gain clarity, plan our course of action to achieve our goals and then act on it. Meditation has to be our most important part of routine. Meditation gives us clarity and this clarity will help us take the right action to achieve our dreams. Meditation, connecting with nature and divine energies gives us inner peace and calmness too. Walking barefoot in soil\grass, spending time by ocean, gardening, singing, painting, dancing etc. are therapies to keep us balanced emotionally and help us release all that drains us out.      

❤ 5th Message is… We have to act spontaneously on impulse. We have come so far enduring many challenges, turbulences and overcoming obstacles. We have gained wisdom and lessons. Now we know how to handle challenging aspects of our life and move forward with confidence. These are the part of our journey which brought us here and made us who we are. And also a sign that we are heading towards a positive phase of our life.

Healing Session 90 min...You Are The Manifestor


When pain and suffering happens, it is our choice to release the resistance to be free. When people ask when would I be free from all this pain? I answer, It takes as long as it takes you to release the resistance. 

It could be 30 years, could be 40 years, could be more, could be a week, could be now. It all depends on how much you want to hold and how much you want to release and when do you wish to do.
