Gunapati Kriya for Forgiveness

The Gunapati Kriya to clear the residues of our forgiveness exercise
Once in a fortnight, energies yourself with the Ganapati Kriya.

Sa Ta Na Ma contains five primal sounds of the universe and is called Panj Shabad.

It stimulates the flow from the Pineal to the Pituitary glands.

SA (birth) thumb&first finger (Jupiter) Gyan (knowledge)
TA (life) thumb and middle (Saturn) Self (patience-wisdom)
NA (death) thumb and ring (Sun) Energy (vitality)
MA (re-birth) thumb and little (mercury) Budhi (communication)

This is a very sacred kriya. Gunpati also called Ganesha, the elephant god, riding on a mouse, a mouse that can travel anywhere in the world. There is nothing in the world that Ganpati cannot penetrate. Ganpati is also called “mangalam” – the God of happiness.

It is also called the impossible-possible kriya, where all negatives from the past and present are redeemed and cleansed.

The meditation deals with karma, samskaras you carry from past lives which we pay for now. The suffering we go through are only because of past credit and debit.

This kriya also takes away the karma you create on a daily basis. It creates way for dharma. Good deeds are paid for.

Sit in easy pose, spine straight, elbows straight, wrists resting on the knees.
The mantra that we will be using is Saa-Taa-Naa-Maa-Raa-Maa-Da-Saa-Saa-Say-So-Hung

Saa : Press the thumb to the index finger (Jupiter)
Taa : Press the thumb to the middle finger (Saturn)
Naa : Press the thumb to the ring finger (Sun)
Maa : Press the thumb to the baby finger(Mercury)
Raa : Press the thumb to the index finger (Jupiter)
Maa : Press the thumb to the middle finger (Saturn)
Daa : Press the thumb to the ring finger (Sun)
Saa : Press the thumb to the baby finger(Mercury)
Saa : Press the thumb to the index finger (Jupiter)
Say : Press the thumb to the middle finger (Saturn)
So : Press the thumb to the ring finger (Sun)
Hung : Press the thumb to the baby finger(Mercury)

Continue chanting moving fingers this way for 11 minutes.


  • At the end of the meditation, inhale and let the body physically move and rotate as if going through physical spasms. 
  • Stretch every muscle, turn round, squeeze, from muscles in face, head n neck, toes. 
  • The idea is to reach every energy meridian – circulate the pranas to every part of the body. 
  • The breath is held for 35 secs approx.
  • Repeat the process with breath held 4 times totally.

Last step: Inhale, sit calmly and concentrate on the tip of your nose for 20 seconds. RELAX.

Why Meditation is Necessary from Medical Angel?

From the time of our birth till death the heart works continuously. Everyday the heart pumps 7000 liters of blood, of which 70% blood is pumped to the brain and the remaining 30%  to the rest of body.The blood is pumped through veins/arteries which are about more than 70,000 km long.

The strength required to pump the blood up to 42 ft high and weight of 1 tonne is generated by the heart everyday through its work. We take rest when we are tired but if the heart takes rests for 4-5 mins we will have to rest forever.

How does the heart work so much efficiently and effectively?

Heart works effectively because it follows a discipline. In normal conditions the heart takes 0.3 secs to contract (systole) and 0.5 secs to relax (diastole). So 0.3+0.5=0.8 secs are required by the heart to complete one beat (1 cardiac cycle).That means in 1 mn the heart beats 72 times which is considered as normal heart beat.

During the relaxing phase of 0.5 secs the impure blood travels through the lungs and becomes 100 % pure.

In some stressful conditions the body demands more blood in less time and in this situation the heart reduces the relaxing period of 0.5 secs to 0.4 secs.Thus in this case the heart beats 82 times in 1 min and only 80% of blood gets purified.
On more n more demand the relaxing time is further reduced to 0.3 secs then only 60% of blood is purified.

Thus 20-40% of impure blood is pumped in the veins/ arteries.These impure components (cholestrol/lipid) gets deposited on the walls of arteries/ veins and thus the elastic nature of the veins and the arteries is lost. So they become plastic in nature.

After some time due to the above conditions the veins/arteries become rigid. Now if a blood clot travels through the veins/ arteries ( which in normal conditions gets easily passed away due to the elastic nature earlier) gets blocked and resists blood flow in that area.
This results in a blockage which further results in Heart Attack.

From the above discussion we realize that the main reason for the heart problems is the increase demand of blood by the brain and the body.
When the activity of brain is stimulated it demands more amount of blood than that of normal conditions.

To stimulate the activity of brain 25-30% of diet we take is responsible whereas the remaining 70-75% is due to the thinking, emotions, attitude, memories and other processes of the brain.

So those who want to keep their heart working effectively for a long period of time they should protect themselves from  - worries, anger, sadness, emotional n sensitive behavior,  stress and hurry .

To protect ourselves from the above few things there is no MEDICATION available
So the only option is MEDITATION.

Relaxation

Ask yourself how much time and space do you give yourself to relax, relaxation does mean you don't work and chill, it can also indicate going within and relaxing your mind with ease, love, comfort, care and nurturance.


  • Take a deep breath and meditate. 
  • Go within to let go of all the clutter in your mind and relax. 
  • Worrying stressing won't resolve your issue, it only aggravates. 
  • Worrying is more like sitting on the rocking chair, it gives your body a work to do but doesn't take you anywhere.
  • So are you ready to relax? 
  • Relax with your full attention in your deep breathing and mind on the stomach contracting and expanding...
