Story: I had a client with knee issues...she on and off had some pain in the knee..the doctors could not identify under any particular label...she was a pure and sensitive person... she realized that she had given too much of her service to family and there was not much of support and care from family members...
After 3 hours of interactions and digging layers the root of the problem was identified. She became unhappy more because of her inability to speak up the truth and more of her expectations that family would return with lots of care like how she did.
The insights were flowing during the session along with her tearful stories...
Gradually she was convinced with the root of her problems and realized it is her insufficiency that has taken so much toil on her health and given pains.

The following affirmation has helped a lot and now she is not having any pain since last 3 months...

Moral...to all my readers if you feel any righteousness to how you have felt and perceived the situations and if you are feeling egoistic and going through health issues or knee issues than it is high time you help yourself...you can also help yourself with this affirmation
