Little Things Do Help

I want you to try something. 
Can you get somewhere you
can be alone for a few minutes?

Do this little exercise:
- Stand up
- Spread your arms up high to the ceiling in a V shape - really open up
- Smile :)
Hold for a minute or so.
Done.

Notice your feeling. 
Don't you feel better? 
More energetic? 
Happier?
Nothing external changed. 
All you did was raise your arms and smile.

Research shows that there are certain movements  that we do that make us happier and some movements that do the opposite.

Movements of spreading out and opening up, smiling,  can have a real positive emotional effect on our body. To your joyful positiveness.
