Healing Session 90 min... For Worries


Healing worries in three steps
Here are 3 simple ways to heal "worry"-as and when it happens to you. Worry means Wise Options to Redesign and Restructure Yourself
Ask yourself-
1] What am I worrying about?
You definitely know the answer.
2] What can I do about this issue -I am worried about?
Answer is- 'I can do something or I can not do anything"
3] If you can do something -do that and if can not do anything about the issue- focus upon your heart and invoke the issue- which is cause of worry- and affirm-
"Henceforth I'll pray to heal 'cause of worry'-the core issue- I now divert my subconscious mind to solution- I claim complete healing and refuse to worry-as worry is most stupid mistake a human being can commit..I am doing what can be done and rest I leave upon the divinity -which is cause of my existence.."
The moment you shift focus from WORRY to SOLUTION -you will find signs of comfort and guidance will appear- as our brain holds amazing subconscious and super conscious powers to heal anything and everything- then why engage such a supreme powerful friend to something as useless as worry.
So as you shift focus to "solution" -fear or worry disappears-this is the
Law of subconscious.
