Healing worries in three steps
Here are 3 simple ways to heal "worry"-as and when it happens to you. Worry means Wise Options to Redesign and Restructure Yourself

1] What am I worrying about?
You definitely know the answer.
2] What can I do about this issue -I am worried about?
Answer is- 'I can do something or I can not do anything"
3] If you can do something -do that and if can not do anything about the issue- focus upon your heart and invoke the issue- which is cause of worry- and affirm-
