TAKE TIME TO BE STILL

Work is not always required ... there is such a thing as sacred idleness, the cultivation of which is now fearfully neglected.

When was the last time you did absolutely nothing?
When was the last time you gave first priority to work even when you were fatigued, tired and stressed thinking if you will not work, you may not be able to survive??

Our world is so addicted to productivity that we feel guilty if we're not doing something. But taking time daily to be still and inactive opens us to the spacious present. It nurtures and restores balance. Give yourself a regular gift of inactivity.

And how do we do it...?? it is simple...every one hour, focus on three deep breaths, turn your attention inward, breathe in through nose and breathe out through mouth and then take normal breathing...isn’t it very simple???

If you can remove some time on regular basis, do meditation...meditate may be for 5 minutes or whatever time you can, meditate only if you wish to reach stillness, and if you wish to keep your chatterbox of the mind shut for a while, observe yourself, observe your breathe, and become from noisy to stillness.. meditation has lots of only benefits and no side effects... meditate till you reach stillness and pat your back if you have done it...tell yourself loudly...good I could do it...


Hoping you to be in stillness for few moments to few minutes daily,

How to find True Passion in Life?

We have heard find true passion so many times... How do you find?

The few questions and points of view that can help you Finding your True Passion in Life are:

1. What puts a smile on your face? Is there a particular event, a particular topic that makes your whole face just lighten up? Whatever it is that makes you smile, and makes you happy whenever you encounter it, this is a sign of something you are passionate about.

2. What do you find easy? Usually, what we find easy for us to do, will be related to what we are passionate about. It’s very hard to hate something that is very easy for us!

3. What sparks your creativity? Think about something in your life where you seem to always expand its horizon, always coming up with new, fun, and exciting ideas relating to that subject. Whatever makes you creative is probably something that you are very passionate about.

4. What would you do for free? Doing what you have a passion for brings out your best, and this leads to greatness. Greatness breezes to success. So think about something that you would just love to do, even if you were not getting paid. Think about something that you look forward to doing, something that you wish you could do all the time.

5. What do you like to talk about? The topics of conversation we have can definitely tell what we are interested in, and this is a good way to find out what we really enjoy in life.

6. What makes you unafraid of failure? When we do what we are passionate about, we have total confidence in our abilities. This makes us not worry about failing, because in our mind, how can we fail when we do what we love?

7. What would you regret not having tried? If you were at the end of your life, what would you regret not having pursued? What would you have liked to do, that you didn’t get a chance to? Think about what that might be. Whatever it is that you may experience regret now or later on for not having tried, this is a good chance to be your true passion.

3 days at Panvel

For people to believe what is soul, call the body itself as soul, or call it as senses or the breath; it is wrong to believe it is distinct, because there is no differentiating sign.

If there is something that can be termed as soul, it should be the same as the body.

We notice that a live body eats, drinks, walks, thinks, and undertakes other activities. Since all such activities are the signs of life, the pupil argues that the living body can be termed as soul. 

The knowledge is gained by different sense organs. We touch by skin, taste by tongue, smell by nose, see with eyes, and hear through ears. These sense organs are therefore the channels for knowing. If any of them stops working, knowledge pertaining to that sense is blocked. For instance, if one loses eyesight, he is unable to see. The pupil therefore argues that the sense organs can be termed as soul.

Even if a man loses the vitality of every sense organ, he is still considered alive so long as respiration continues, breathing continues. The breath is thus an infallible sign of life. Therefore he suggests that respiration can be termed as soul.
