What is needed when you feel Victimized or Trapped?

What happens when you feel you are in situation where you feel trapped, as if you are victim to the situations and unable to help yourself?

Let's find some answers and solutions to look at during such times...

     
The situation that’s concerning you can improve with simple additional information and inspiring actions. This situation  serves as a reminder that it’s never too late, and the situations will improve once you have acted upon everything immediately, including new ideas and insights. The courage and hopes will help you in ingenious and unexpected ways, so be open to miracles that take on surprising forms. All the resources are available with us all we need to do is open up to receive it.
         
Know that you’re powerful and you’re not a victim. Release any blame for yourself or others. Focus upon solutions, not problems. Allow other people to help you. Keep an open mind to alternative solutions.
