Magical 54 Motivators on my Birthday


The Magical 54 Motivators which has shaped me and allowed me to be who I am today on my 54th Birthday... I like to share with you those recipes which has made my life spicy..

1. Be grateful. You are blessed. Look around. You have so many things you should be grateful for.
2. Choose your friends wisely. Friends influence the most and they are contagious so if you wish to be positive and happy be wise to chose your friends.
3. Cultivate compassion.  When we try to understand people from their points of view, accept and love them for who they are and avoid being judgemental, then the relationship is harmonious. Surely the relationship would be better with compassionate attitude. 
4. Keep learning. Learning is endless and knowledge is huge. When you are open and willing to learn, you would be wise and learned, alive to live with ease and joy.
5. Become a problem solver. Whenever you face the challenges and difficulties, start your attitude with what could be the best solution towards it rather than getting tensed and blocked about it.
6. Do what you love. do it with passion. What we do, and what we have to do, has lot to do on our happiness and that can fill our world with love. Be sure, you love what you do, or do what you love.
7. Live in the present. How much time  have you wasted remaining in past complaining about it or worrying about future? May be you just don't know how to live in the present and present yourself few gifts of peace and happiness.
8. Laugh often. Often life’s challenges have given us anger, regrets, complains and disappointments with growing age and responsibilities, We have forgotten to laugh like children on our adults journey. Be innocent like children and have fun in small things. So laugh often. See comedy movies. Create hobbies. Play games. Find light feelings amidst the heavy tensed life and find humor in too serious situations around .
9. Practice forgiveness. Are you too harsh to yourself for holding grudges? ill feelings towards people? Then it is time to forgive yourself first to hold that feelings and forgive others so that you have lighten the boulders on your small little delicate heart.
10. Remain appreciative. Say thank you often. Give genuine compliments. Find good in everything. Express it well. Say I like this. I love this. I love you. This would been not possible without you. You have been so nice. You have been so kind often
11. Create deeper connections. The more the connections the more happy we are. The more the superficial connections the more unhappy we are. Whatever way you know how to connect with a human being at deeper level, do it.
12. Find your worth and be worthy what life has gifted you with. Accept responsibilities gracefully. Say no whenever required.  First responsibility is to keep ourselves happy and love ourself unconditionally . This is the foundation of  unending  happy journey. duties and responsiblities are two sides of same coin. Do your duties gracefully.
13.  Meditate.  People who meditate are calm composed and happy.  People who are mindfully meditating are surely very positive and focused. 
14. Focus. Find everyday where is your focus. Where your focus lies, the energy grows more there. Find out how much productive or unproductive are you on everyday base and where is your focus?  Are you aware of it?
15. Be optimistic. Being optimistic is good for being happy, successful and healthy
16. Love life. Love people. Love them unconditionally.  Accept people and situation so the way it is without pinpointing at the imperfections, weakness and flaws.  People are not perfect neither you.
17. Don’t give up. Often we are not content or successful because we lose hopes and give up what we wish to achieve. Unfinished business, unfinished projects, unfinished relations can dampen your worth. Don't give up in half. Give a closure so that you know you have given full efforts to what you could have done.
18. Do your best and then let it go or let go. We give half efforts and with poor intentions and we feel we don't receive full. Keep asking what else is possible by me and keep giving your best. If still you feel you have not achieved then either let it go or just allow letting go.
19. Take care of you. Take care of your physical body. Take care of your mental thoughts, attitude and behaviour. Take care of your emotional feelings. Don't suppress or repress them don't bottle them or trap them. Take care of your soul. It may be travelling since long time. It requires your time.
20. Value people who have done good to you. Return them with the same kindness. Rather show  kindness to people who require not your harshness and anger. Love and respect people to create a loving world .
21. Value your parents. Don't treat them as if they have hardly done anything for you. When your relations with your mother is good then it will show how good are your relations with everyone around you. When your relations with your father is good then it will show how good you are in your financial world. Love and respect them for who they are. They are your roots. Be strong with your roots.
22. Give quality time and quality efforts to what you wish to achieve. Manifest your dreams and let all your desires fill your world.
23. Make wise choices. You create your future with your choices. Every time get aware of your choices and ask, Are the choices keeping you happy and peaceful? Are the choices helping you to create abundance, peace and prosperity to you ? make pure intentions towards the desired outcome. let selfish ness may not appear.
24. Be alert and mindful. Meditate often. In other words be aware to yourself, watch  how you are breathing. Take conscious breathing. Do deep breathing every one hour. turn inwards.
25. Be aware of your childhood conditioning and programming done by parents, teachers, media and more. You are running your life on the conditioning and programmes which may be fitted right from your childhood on auto pilot mode. They may be useful or they may not be. be deliberate creator.
26. Get rid of blinded and illusionary beliefs. Certain belief has blinded us to receive happiness. Certain beliefs are illusionary which keeps us chasing prosperity. Certain beliefs are sabotaging and they keep us away from manifesting our goals. Get rid of them.
27. Sort out your priorities.  If you do not know what is right for you and what you want, then people will use you for their priorities.
28. Declutter yourself from emotional baggage.  Let go all unwanted emotions. Sort out trapped and blocked emotions which are creating havoc in you. release shame, guilt, anger, worries and more which are like poisons to your joyful living.
29. Respect the divinity and knowledge in you and others. Each one of us have the unique gifts and wonderful skills. Respect that. If there is any God, it is that sweet little divine quality in each one
30. Take regular walk. Connect to the nature. See the beauty of nature around you. Birds, Flowers, Sea, plants, clouds, mountains, river and more, watch them, connect with them. Your inner five elements have to resonate with outer five elements of nature.
31. Spend some time listening to music or read a good book or see you tube spiritual and informative videos.  Daily make a practice to uplift your energies. You may spare yourself from justifiers and excuse list of no time and no interest 
32. Change the perception lens. You perceive exactly what you would like to with your tinted lens.  View the world with the perception lens of love and acceptance. You may have different perceptions about situation and people different when your moods are different, they are different from the truths.
33. Change your 'already always way' of looking at situation or listening to people.  People change. Situations change. They are never the same. interpret things and peopel the way it is.
34. Have a healthy positive open mental attitude. Open to be do and have, open to listen, receive and assimilate new things.
35. Be rational in your behaviour. If you can't make someone smile or laugh or make them feel good, then the least you can do is not to hurt them. Be sensitive.
36. Be hopeful.  People don't get what they desire because either they have lost hopes or they have not been hopeful 
37. Be pure in your intentions. Believe in the laws of karma. What you give, you will get back same. what you sow, you shall reap.
38. Remain balanced at home and at work. Find your centre of stability. At home don't carry work pressures. At work don't carry home concerns. Give 100 percent time to work at workplace.  Mingle with colleagues. Smile often. Give 100 percent your heart felt feelings at home. Give time attention care and appreciation to family and spend time with friends too.
39. Drop your fears and self doubts. Fears stop you from receiving abundance, from success and happiness. Find courage to face them. They are the speed barriers to your progressive journey.  drop doubts, they will never allow you to progress.
40. Be truthful. Let people may not like you speaking the truth but that is the way you will be free. The lies or manipulated lies or twisted truths are the ones that will take over you from your true conscience. 
41. Be communicative. Communicating the truth with ease, love and respect is an art and key for effectiveness and expressiveness in harmonious reltionships. 
42. Find a purpose. This life comes for you to express yourself to the fullest through your purpose. Once you have found your true purpose you will be able to see your higher growth.
43. Be responsible. Once you are an adult, start taking your responsibilities to see how you are becoming strong in every manner. Become responsible for your duties, for your actions, for your happiness and for your success.
44. Be humble. See yourself as a pure and loving soul. See others also in the same manner. Everyone is hurt in some way. Everyone needs to be felt good and loved.  Be humble to people.
45. Have self love. often we judge too much of ourselves  and  self criticise. Demand a lot from one’s own self to love oneself. negative thinking and negative emotions are signs of self hate.
46. Accept. But don't expect. Acceptance opens your  doors to each ones heart and expectation closes your doors to others heart. Say clearly to what you expect from people but dont expect them to be the way you want  it.
47. Be ego less. Egotism is like killing your loving self.  It creates only walls and walls in all relations
48. Create a switch in the brain which is on and off, create and uncreate. We need to rewire our brain with what we can progress and gets updated or forwarded. We  may learn to switch off brain when thoughts or memories are unnecessary and disempowering.
49. Be consciously alert , aware and appropriate. Be like an observer. Be mindful. Do everything mindfully even thinking.
50.  Have your subconscious clear and empty or full with pleasant memories. Avoid garbage of negativity especially such as hatred, fears, jealousy, anger and more. your subconscious directs your conscious mind.
51. Remain connected to your higher self and divine powers. Your full life is connected to these frequencies. Only things at times we have to fine tune with these frequencies
52. Help poor and needy people. Do some type of social service or do charity with your resources such as knowledge, finance. , physically or mentally in any way
53. Difficulties and challenges come to shape you. Don't get scared or burdened with the problems. It comes to show you your potentials. During those times depend on your own strength and will power. Any dependency will make you weak. If there is any problem, sort it out. Sort out with the people with whom you have problem. Don't gossip or keep churning over. Find a way out. If you have tried enough and not worked out means you need to think and act differently
54. Life can be good when you have enjoyed each moment fully with love and passion and you feel whole and complete. Allow yourself to be whole and complete on daily base.  learn to feel whole and complete. Enjoy your every day the way it comes. finish all unfinished business and feel good to live joyfully.
