When do you drink water?

The right way to drink water is....

1. Drink 3 glass of water immediately after getting up in morning. This will activate your energy system.

2. Drink one glass of water after bath. This will bring your blood pressure back to normal.

3. Drink two glass of water 30 minutes before the meal. This will keep digestive system properly with fiery energy.

4. Drink 1 glass of water before sleeping. This will save you from heart attack.
