Be your own Hero
What does a hero do? Take charge for what he wants to show up...he takes responsibility to the role he has taken up...he carries out his actions for the same ..and he creates desired outcome.

Life dramatically turns around for us when we truly grasp that we hold all the power. If we really want success in life, we can't look to anyone else to rescue us. And it does us no good to foist the blame for our unhappiness elsewhere. Right now and forever more, I can cast myself as the hero of my own movie. I can play the part to the best of my ability. And as writer, director and star, can guarantee a happy ending.

How many times we have blamed people and circumstances for our failures? how many times we have found lame excuses for not doing things? How many times we have found ourselves in some traps from where we are stuck up and can’t pull ourselves up? How many addictions and habitul ways keeps us chained to no freedom?

Process : focus on your solar plexus chakra... visualise yellow color spinning in that chakra to clear, energise and balance that chakra energy...find out one area where you have been feeling you have not taken charge over it and is essential, may it be health, personal power, improving work or savings for future..also find the thoughts and emotions where fear or powerless feeling are gripping you. By being aware of the fears, releasing them consciously, with the intention to take power in your hands, you will change the energy.

Take responsibility for your experience of life. Release all blame. Refuse to see yourself as a victim. Take up your soul essence and true purpose to who you need to be a happy, joyful, passionate being...give up your personality masks, perception filters,  egoistic attitude,  and judgmental behaviors which stops you from being unconditional love and taking responsible actions for your heroic journey.

I know that no one can really stop me but myself and that really no one can help me but myself.  And let the time be NOW to be aware of...and take inspired action for...
