Forgiveness Exercise

FORGIVENESS -
Healing your own Mind

Time Moves.  Thought Moves.
Nothing remains same. 
Feelings change, people change. 
Mind with five senses and with its intelligence keeps perceiving and removing meanings.
Is thought  the Mind?
Thought is AIR.  
Silence is MIND.
In Cinema and Movie reel runs, not the Screen.
Thoughts run, not the MIND. 
So mind needs to be silent and thoughtless if it has to be at peace.

What is Forgiveness ? 
Allowing you to free from the past painful or difficult or discomfort memories.

Forgiveness exercise is simple....
Take the persons name
Say X
And say,  dear X, I am genuinely sorry... please forgive me. Thank you.  
I love you. Knowingly or unknowingly in any manner if I have hurt you or harmed you please forgive me. Say this three times. Open your heart chakra and send lots of love. Imagine he or she returning you the love. Lock it.

Then do  3 minutes of Silence after Forgiveness exercise.
One second of Silence is also a very big healing.

Healing the MIND.
Thoughtless MIND heals the MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.
Start FORGIVEness towards Thoughtlessness and Towards Silence.
